Little girl lost

Michael was at the airport to send off a friend who was going overseas to further studies.

After saying goodbye to his friend, Michael was about to leaver the airport when he saw a little girl of about three or four years old walking alone and crying. The little girl was obviously lost. There was no sign of any adult with her.

So Michael did his best to calm her down. After a while she calmed down sufficiently for Joe to take her to the information counter. There Michael explained the situation to the woman on duty and ask her to announce the lost girl over the public address system.

A few minutes later a very worried-looking woman arrived at the counter. It was the little girl's mother. Mother and daughter hugged each other happily. The mother explained that her daughter hadwandered off while she was busy at the check-in counter. She thanked Michael for his kindness. Michael replied that he was glad to see them happily reunited.
